"I’m a mental health counselor specializing in complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, and family issues. I draw from a broad range of clinical modalities—including CBT, trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, ketamine-assisted therapy, and art therapy—as well as additional integrative approaches tailored to each client. I do not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all model; instead, I thoughtfully combine and adapt interventions based on each person’s history, presentation, and treatment goals. My therapeutic style is warm yet direct, collaborative, and grounded in a strong emphasis on safety, stabilization, and empowerment. I also offer the option to include my 5 lb therapy dog in sessions for clients who may benefit from additional comfort and regulation support."
