Dr. Kristel Carrington, a Brooklyn native of Guyanese descent, is a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and psychopharmacologist committed to a patient-first approach in mental health. Board-certified in psychiatry, her education includes a Neuroscience degree from Columbia and an MD from Yale. 

Her residency at NYU Langone Medical Center honed her expertise in treating a wide spectrum of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and ADHD. She utilizes evidence-based methods, emphasizing a holistic view of patient care.

Dr. Carrington is also certified in psychedelic-assisted therapies and offers innovative treatments like ketamine assisted treatment for conditions resistant to conventional methods. Her work extends into biotechnology, where she contributes her expertise in leveraging AI and precision medicine for advancements in mental health treatment.
